Hi, I'm Melissa

I am an Intuitive Reiki Master Practitioner & Teacher, Meditation Coach and Life Coach. I have been on my own self-healing journey and I have been blessed to learn from a variety of healing modalities. I continue to delve deeper into the spiritual realm and strive to live from an authentic heart-centered space. I have always felt the call to assist others on their healing journey so that they can see their true essence and discover their fullest potential.

I have practiced alternative healing for a combination of 20+ years. I specialize in Reiki, Jin Shin Jytsu, Cranial Sacral Therapeutic Bodywork, Meditation and Life Coaching. I am also trauma informed helping people struggling with stress, illness, or chronic pain to release blocked emotions, dissolve tension, and tune their energies toward a more positive state of well-being. I work with people facing a range of health challenges including trauma, PTSD, addiction, hormonal imbalance including perimenopause to post menopause, and terminal illnesses. Together, we untangle the threads of their suppressed emotions and pinpoint, then release blocked energy in the body to uncover their inner healing potential. We dig deep to uncover the root causes (both physical and emotional). Then devise a custom healing protocol to restore balance in their lives.

I have seen the medicine of Reiki work for myself, my family and my clients. Reiki goes to the root of the issue and gently releases old wounds from the energy center guiding us back to wholeness. I am truly inspired to share Reiki medicine with all who are interested in healing or learning. My healing is your healing and your healing is my healing.
